- Coordinate the efforts of the Betway CRM team from the onboarding process to the retention and promotional strategy
- Ensure all promotions and communications are aligned
- Liaise with other key stakeholders to ensure our promotions are pushed across other channels
- Implement personalisation strategies based on a data driven approach
- Identify gaps and develop new processes and procedures to improve the CRM team
- Identifying new innovative opportunities and industry leading CRM strategies
- Build reports to evaluate team performance based on key KPIs for Senior Management
- Create and manage the sports event calendar
- Build a close relationship with the Customer Support team to ensure all promotional and product queries are dealt with accurately
- Managing a team of CRM Executives across multiple locations
- Work directly with Gaming and Features and other development teams to continue putting Spain at the forefront of their thinking
- Accountable for ensuring the key touch points throughout a customers’ lifetime are optimal
- Work with the relevant compliance and product teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- Minimum of 1 year’s management experience

- Proven experience creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
- Experience working in the iGaming industry, particularly Spain
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe CDP
