
Senior MLOps/LLMOps & Cloud infrastructure Engineer

- Oversee the complete lifecycle of ML models, from data to production, emphasizing automation and reproducibility.
- Optimize API performance, model accuracy (drift, F1, etc.), bias, fairness, and resource utilization using tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
- Implement and leverage specialized ML/LLM monitoring and observability solutions (e.g., Arize AI, Fiddler AI, WhyLabs, Langfuse) for tracing, debugging, and analytics of deployed models and LLM applications.
- Select, implement and manage tools and establish best practices using platforms like MLFlow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases (W&B), DVC, and integrated cloud MLOps solutions (Azure MLOps, SageMaker MLOps, Vertex AI MLOps). This includes managing the unique aspects of LLM application lifecycles.
- University degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar qualification.
- Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in digital software development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Full proficiency in English (min. 780-TOEIC/ B2-CEFR)
- Extensive experience utilizing cloud-based machine learning platforms and infrastructure (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform (Vertex AI)) for development, deployment, scaling and operation of ML-powered APIs and applications.
