About the roleAs Manager IT Transformation Management, you will play a key role in executing Fresenius Kabi's global IT transformation journey while ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to operationalize a newly defined IT organization, shape IT processes, governance, and ways of working, and contribute to a future-ready IT function across a global landscape.You will manage workstreams and mid-sized projects independently, support the coordination of large-scale transformation programs, and help embed ITIL-based process excellence. Partnering closely with IT teams at Fresenius Kabi, Group IT, and business stakeholders, you will drive alignment, enable change management, and ensure sustainable value delivery.Your responsibilitiesDrive the execution of strategic IT transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the operating model.Manage assigned workstreams or mid-sized projects independently, delivering on scope, time, and budget while considering risks, dependencies, and change impact.Support the coordination of large-scale transformation programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of IT process frameworks, KPIs, and governance bodies with a focus on ITIL.Ensure consistency and alignment of processes across transformation initiatives, business units, and Group IT.Collaborate with governance and operations teams to embed new ways of working and performance standards.Act as a key interface between IT teams, Group IT, business units, and transformation leadership.Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation for governance bodies and senior stakeholders.Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder engagement.Your profileBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.3-5 years of experience in IT project management, process improvement, or transformation roles.Hands-on experience with ITIL practices and process implementation.Experience in coordinating cross-functional or multinational projects.Strong interest in organizational transformation and enterprise change.Highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of IT operating models and governance principles.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).Fluent in English; Spanish, German, or other European languages are a plus.Why join usAt Fresenius Kabi, we are committed to life.
