You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable architectures while balancing innovation with risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop practical and versatile security requirements, architecture blueprints and processes for the application and solution landscapeAdvance technical and organizational security competencies and adapt to emerging security trendsReview, advise on and approve security concepts for a variety of digital solutions across Swiss Re's business landscapeBuild and maintain relationships with key decision makers inside Swiss Re's architecture teams driving adoption within their IT departmentsLead complex security discussions with multiple stakeholders, providing expert guidance and solutionsEvaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on our security postureAbout the TeamThe Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance, and defining as well as advancing the company's security strategy. As a part of the Cyber Security Organization, the Security Architecture team shapes all aspects of Swiss Re's cybersecurity readiness. We are seeking a senior expert in security architecture with the capability to enhance our security maturity across all aspects of our IT environments.About YouYou're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who thrives in collaborative environments. You can translate complex security concepts into practical solutions and effectively advocate for security best practices across the organization.
