Hello! We are looking for an Outbound Campaign Specialist to help us achieve our ambition growth targets in the DACH Market! This is a great opportunity to combine creativity and business drive to achieve tangible results.The RoleOur Campaign Specialist Team uses creativity and advanced technology to design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns in collaboration with our Sales Development and Marketing teams. The goal of these campaigns is get our audience’s attention and push them through the awareness funnel so that our sellers can have the most quality conversations and convert prospects into customers at a higher pace.What you will be doing
  • Campaign Creation: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end outbound multi-channel campaigns that engage and convert target prospects.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign metrics, including open rates, response rates, and conversion rates. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, LinkedIn messages, and overall outreach strategy to continuously improve performance.
  • Innovation: Research new tools and best practices to constantly upgrade our campaign approaches
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our GTM Engineering team, SDRs, Marketing and Product team to align on segments, journeys, channels & content.
Your Profile
  • Expert german speaker, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience with growth hacking / campaign management.
  • Commercially minded - whatever you do, you are focused on bringing more MRR to the company.
  • Curious & Creative - you are constantly thinking of new ways and new channels to catch our audiences’ attention.
  • AI savvy - you leverage Artificial Intelligence at every step of the process.
  • Willing to come to our Barcelona office at least 3 days a week.
