Your role will be simple: to make papernest grow using both simple and effective tools and processes.
The Sales Ops position is highly cross-functional, at the intersection of the needs of multiple teams and countries (France, Spain, Italy...).
It will not only allow you to enrich and greatly develop your technical skills (CRM, user experience, data analysis, code), but also to leverage your leadership and project management qualities.
You will join a Sales Ops team of 9 people, at the heart of the company and papernest's strategic challenges.Your responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Tech Team to develop processes automation (Jira, Salesforce Flow, no-code tools like Make...)
- Help to analyze sales data and deploy action plan to achieve operational targets
- Use existing dashboards and improve our data visualization
- Take actions to correct discrepancies and achieve objectives
- Communicate results to key stakeholders
- Assist the Sales Ops Lead to manage the offer portfolio
- Set up the offer and prices in the back office
- Coordinate with other teams (training, product, operations management) to release or update offers
- Resolve operational and technical incidents on a daily basis
- Collaborate with Sales to optimize processes and participate in continuous improvement using Lean methodology (Value Stream Map, shadowing,etc…)
- Curiosity and a desire to learn, especially in the areas of data and technology
- The Sales Operations position will quickly lead you to master all our technical tools (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Jira, Github...)
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python, Java, JSON...) is a plus
- Analytical mindset: rationalize issues, find pragmatic solutions and draft action plans
- "Hands-on": Ability to be on the field and perform daily tasks
- Ownership: Autonomy, ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiastic: Positive attitude and communication, creative problem-solving approach

- Fluent in English and Italian. Spanish is a plus.
