He/She is customer oriented and works closely with customers to ensure a clear understanding of their business priorities and needs and designs competitive and sustainable end-to-end solutions based on our portfolio and partners.Role Description and Responsibilities:
- Identifies and requests the necessary contributors (solution architect or subject matter expert, T&T manager, or Partner) to build the solution.
- Manages the solution design following the winning strategy agreed. Creates the Solution Storyboard.
- Document and review assumptions and risk log, including suitable risk mitigation.
- Consolidates cost model in the official pricing tools and work closely with financial architect to create the mapping between cost and price unit.
- Manages the proposal development processes, ensuring that the storyline is properly transcribed in a compelling way, writes missing parts in the documents that make up the proposal, and includes value added thinking on customer benefits.
- Understands and follows the bidding and delivery approval processes during bid phase.
- Presents the solution designed and the business case in a compelling and concise manner at Senior levels, seeking for the required approvals.
- Explains and defends the solution story to customer a with a solid view on our value proposition, pushing the benefits for customer.
- Creates exceptional customer-facing document, presentations, and proposals.
- Successfully executes a controlled bid closure and participates in the handover to the delivery team.
- AWS and/or Azure. Terraform, Docker, Git (certifications preferred).
- Hybrid Cloud and IT Infrastructure
- Automation & Orchestration (Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible)
- Middleware management: database, web services, ssl certificates
- Virtualization: VMs, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Hyper V
- Data Center LAN
- WAN - SDWAN
- Network access: VPN, IPsec
- Network security
- Experience in working in an agile environment and able to integrate architecture practices in an agile WoW.
- Spanish: Native
- English: Minimum B2
- Catalan: Native, is a plus.
- At least 10 years in Information Technology Managed Services and Solutions.
- At least 5 years in Presales as lead Solution Manager in an international environment.
