- Help on the coordination of transversal projects ;
- Follow-up task allocation with each project stakeholder ;
- Monitor project timeline ;
- Prepare project documentation ;
- Coordinate testing and implementation phase, etc.
- Provide support on all IT security related tasks from the CLSi (Local Coordinator of the IT Security) roadmap (access review, phishing exercise, etc.),
- Contribute to improve ISS staff awareness,
- Update application rating,
- Perform system risk analyses, etc.
- Provide support on the definition, improvement and deployment of the BCP strategy (BCP organization, BCP documentations, BCP tests, etc.)
- Follow-up on production and testing issues of the core banking system,
- Coordinate between users and IT support team,
- Study process optimization, operational risk reduction, data quality, etc.
- Participate to other ad-hoc transverse tasks assigned to ORG department (procedures, budget, etc.)
- Facilitate transformation and change management in processes and organization
- Design and lead trainings / organize improvement or ideation workshops for an eclectic audience (managers, technical teams, trades or support)
- An IT background is a plus
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent French, Spanish and English
- Ability to communicate clearly and easily
