We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.What you will do in this roleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people - our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will:- Onboarding Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities and setting up engagement expectations.
- Activating technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions
- Pipeline management of their ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates
- Nurturing and activating through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs and track progression towards the next steps
- Troubleshooting of program-related issues ISVs might face
- Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions
- Working in-tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultationsYour qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. - Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field
- Have minimum 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 years (+) IT industry experience
- Have sales skills - Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
- Can accurately document call outcomes and notes
- Have basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions
- Are fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required
- Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
