- Provide seamless and empathetic client support across phone, chat, text, and email while problem-solving efficiently.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of VRAI's products, policies, and services to assist clients with jewelry selection and care.
- Track and communicate client concerns, issues, and recommendations within the CX platform.
- Build and nurture client relationships beyond issue resolution.
- Oversee repairs, returns, shipping investigations, and made-to-order tracking while upholding VRAI's brand values.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with phone-based client service.
- Strong sales ability in a high-volume environment with excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up setting.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to go above and beyond, including weekend availability.
