- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our publishers.
- Guide new partners through the integration process, ensuring a complete understanding of our platforms and tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.
- Provide technical and strategic support to partners, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor partner and campaign performance, using data and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the commercial and technical teams to develop practices that enhance our partners' results.
- University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
- 2 years previous experience in managing client or partner relationships, preferably in the technology or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical ability and experience in using data.
- Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and customer orientation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
