You will play a strategic role in onboarding, supporting, and growing publisher relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to help optimize monetization, performance, and long-term engagement. This role combines deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem with a proactive, partner-first mindset to drive revenue and strengthen collaboration.The role:
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our publishers.
  • Guide new partners through the integration process, ensuring a complete understanding of our platforms and tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.
  • Provide technical and strategic support to partners, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor partner and campaign performance, using data and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the commercial and technical teams to develop practices that enhance our partners' results.
The requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
  • 2 years previous experience in managing client or partner relationships, preferably in the technology or advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical ability and experience in using data.
  • Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and customer orientation.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
