  • Participate in the definition, planning, and execution of comprehensive test strategies aligned with overall product vision and business goals.
Drive the creation and ongoing refinement of detailed, prioritized test plans that encompass both manual and automated testing approaches.Define, review, and maintain high-quality acceptance criteria and test cases for user stories, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical feasibility.Champion the implementation and scaling of automated testing practices across the QA function, including integration, regression, and end-to-end testing frameworks.Monitor overall test coverage—including automated and manual tests—and continuously identify gaps and improvements to maximize quality across the product lifecycle.Provide technical guidance on testability to development and product teams; advocate for testability improvements and design-for-test practices.Oversee and participate in application testing during sprints and major release cycles, ensuring adherence to quality goals.Mentor and support QA team members in both manual and automated testing techniques, fostering a high-performing and collaborative QA culture.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded early and consistently.Stay current on industry trends in software quality assurance and automation tools.Qualifications
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in software testing and development, preferable as senior or lead QA role.
Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and CI/CD integration.Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites for software applications.Ability to strategically prioritize testing efforts while balancing risk, business needs, and release timelines.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a user-centered approach to quality.Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working in Agile/Lean development environments; strong collaboration and feedback-oriented mindset.Additional InformationJoin Unit4 and be part of one of the most exciting journeys in the cloud ERP software space.
