- Design & execute consumer-focused communication strategies aligned with CPM and client objectives.
- Lead internal and external communications to ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging.
- Create and distribute impactful content to support Customer Service operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather accurate, timely information for communications.
- Monitor media channels and public sentiment, crafting strategies to safeguard to protect brand awareness.
- Guide Customer Service team members in delivering clear, persuasive, and consistent messaging.
- Manage consumer interactions with timely, compliant, and personalised responses.
- Deliver tailored support solutions beyond standard responses to meet individual consumer needs.
- Improve processes in partnership with management to boost engagement, efficiency, and experience for both consumers and internal teams.
- Spanish & English: Excellent command of both languages with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience working in communications, PR, or high-touch customer service roles.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate communications, media relations, and crisis strategies.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Creativity: High-level creative and strategic thinking for effective communication solutions.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
- Organisation: Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.

- Contract: Temporary.
- Salary: Competative Salary based on experience.
- Working hours: Full-time 39 hours per week working from Monday to Friday between 9 am & 6 pm.
- Fully Paid Training that optimally prepares you for your job - 2 weeks duration.
- 24 holiday days per year on a full-time basis.
