
Remote Sales Representative in Spain - Bilingual German and English

Location: Remote. Job Responsibilities:

- Proactive outreach to existing clientele with the aim to upsell new FinTech solutions
- Fully productive role - combination of calls (cold and warm) plus emails
- Pipeline management of a minimum of 200 managed opportunities and/or up to 1000 automated outreach opportunities
- Daily and Weekly reporting to Operations Team Leader on pipeline and sales progress
- Forecasting on sales volumes on a weekly & monthly basis
- Ecommerce research and self-prospecting may be required
- Account administration & record keeping
- Maintaining data hygiene and quality
- Consultative / Solution Selling approach to calls
- Assisting clients with the integration of new payment solutions on their websites
- Adhering to quality & compliance metrics
- 3 weeks initial training
- 1:1 support for the first live month from a Performance Specialist
- Weekly coaching sessions for the first 3 months, moving to bi-weekly thereafter
- 2 months target-free commission payout to allow time to get comfortable in your new role
- Daily support from team leaders and peers
- Team calibration and peer-to-peer coaching

- Fluency in English & German (C2 level)
- Minimum of 1 Year experience within Sales or Call Centre Role to be considered
- Excellent computer skills including experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- A suitable remote working environment with a strong/stable private broadband connection essential
- CRM (Salesforce) experience preferred
- Knowledge of eCommerce preferred
