- Native-level proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish. Knowledge of French, Portuguese, German, or Italian is a plus.
- Deep passion for Digital Marketing. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focused on digital portfolio projects.
- +4 years of experience as a senior account manager, project manager, senior social media manager, digital strategist, or similar role.
- Strong management skills with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive in seeking clarification of requirements and direction; takes responsibility and ownership to manage projects.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and have a strong understanding of digital media trends, with the ability to identify what makes content popular online.
- Ability to track relevant community KPIs and proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong aesthetic sense to provide clear feedback on assets and visual campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup business.

- Based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
- Familiarity with Canva and CapCut (knowledge of other design/edit tools is a plus).
- Creative Ideation and Feedback: Support creative development through brainstorming and idea conceptualization. Provide clear feedback on strategy, creative assets, and workflows.
- Content Proposal Support: Assist in content proposals aligned with multichannel content strategies for different target audiences.
- Branding and Innovation: Conduct branding checks and provide assistance on different social media channels. Bring unique ideas to improve and manage international communities on social media.
- Video Production Coordination and Equipment Management: Coordinate video requests and streamline workflow processes. Manage team equipment needs and inventory.
- Cross-Team Collaboration Facilitation: Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Marketing Acquisition, CRM, etc.) in 360º campaigns. Encourage collaboration across teams, markets, and departments on social media strategy.
- Partnership Relationship Support: Build relationships with partners, customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and influencers. Assist in partner relations management.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate with management, community managers, and other departments to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals. Standardize workflows through document creation. Manage workload and prioritize projects based on time tracking data.
- Mentorship and Team Management: Craft personalized growth plans and provide actionable feedback to team members.
- Training Coordination and Oversight: Oversee onboarding, internal department training, and coordinate cross-department training initiatives.
- Social Media Tool Management: Manage and optimize the use of social media tools for efficiency and effectiveness. Provide and research new solutions.
