- Finance business partner to Global Supply Chain teams to drive strategy implementation, improve financial transparency and deliver financial objectives.
- Provide meaningful reports and analysis for all areas of supply chain including inventory/demand planning, warehouse/logistics, customer service/orders
- Identifies and understands business challenges, considers them in future projections and creates presentations that provide insightful analysis, identifying required action items, and effectively framing decisions to be made
- Support in improving BU and site inventory/demand forecasting processes
- Supports inventory optimization initiatives and implementation of inventory control processes, including DIO analytics and other KPI’s
- Provides transparency around SMOG (slow moving, obsolete goods) across the organization working closely with demand planning, manufacturing sites and product management
- Provide transparency of logistics costs across the organization, works closely with Business Unit to understand commercial impacts, pricing support, etc.
- Provides financial analysis for strategic decisions, modelling, etc.
- Master in Controlling / Finance / Accounting or similar.
- Significant experience in Finance and Controlling (+7 years), in a supply chain controlling / operations controlling role in a multinational environment of a manufacturing company.
- Experience with integrated ERP system (SAP) and financial planning / reporting and consolidation systems (OneStream, PowerBi).
- Very strong in Excel and data modelling, driving automation and dashboarding / reporting.
- Strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge.
- Self-starter who can work in a fast paced, results driven environment.
- Self-confident to make suggestions for process improvement and issue resolution.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Work in partnership as an active member within the team and cross- functional working groups.
- Business fluent in English required, business fluent in German preferred.
