- Engage with customers, product teams, and engineers to design and deliver AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
- Translate complex business requirements into architecture and design for AI models, and deployment strategies.
- Lead discovery sessions and technical discussions with clients to understand their data, systems, and AI maturity.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI submissions by coordinating response themes, response ownership, and co-creation of executive summaries alongside the rest of the account team.
- Technically contribute to customers PoCs and contracts.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training & serving and monitoring.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.
- Stay on top of the latest trends in AI, cloud, and edge computing to inform product and solution design.
- Function effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy market segment and successfully balance multiple projects (Sales opportunities, enterprise RFPs, SME programs, internal enablement, etc.).
- Manage model delivery to our customers and trials for potential customers.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a pre-sales engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role delivering AI/ML projects at scale.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts: supervised and unsupervised learning, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and model lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, AzureML, Amazon Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices: CI/CD, monitoring, orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Flyte, MLflow).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Traveling: Must be available to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and project requirements.
- Languages: proficient in Spanish & English
- Experience with AI model optimization, quantization, or deployment to edge devices.
- Experience with HPCs
- Knowledge of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI.
- Hands-on coding skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
