Mechanical Engineer with 3D CAD Software experience

• Strong knowledge of product development process, manufacturing processes, engineering techniques, processes, and tools, including project planning tools.
• Extensive knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably Solid works, Solid Edge
• Technical documentation - Creating drawings, specifications, manuals, test reports, technical report, writing ups, product catalogues etc.
• Expertise in design for manufacturing, tolerancing analysis, FMEA and quality assurance
• Working experience in an international team, CFT.
• Strong knowledge of Requirements Management, Change Management, Outsourcing Management & project Management
• Communication & Presentation skill
• Knowledge in Value Engineering
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Hands-on experience in rapid prototyping in a workshop environment is preferred (3D printing, mechanical assembly, operating manual and power tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of certification process, international standards, Machinery Directive and other industrial equipment safety rules.
• Knowledge of ERP, SAP
• Knowledge of quality management system standard - IATF 16949:2016 / ISO 9001:2015 for the automotive industry

• Engineering Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• Complementary technical education / certificates will be positively valued
• Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechanics, Industrial Equipment or related field will be a plus

• +7 years of experience in mechanical product design, development and testing
• Worked in Material Handling Equipment for Warehouse Management
• Desirable experience with assembly lines and non-standard tests within international automotive companies
• Availability to travel to customer / Supplier

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Spanish, Catalan, Polish, Chinese or German will be positively valued
