- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory test cases with high effectiveness.
- Leverage tools such as Jira, ALM, Confluence, and Xray for managing test activities and documentation.
- Utilize tools like Postman, SoapUI, and FileZilla for testing and validating endpoints and batch processes.
- Apply basic SQL knowledge to ensure accuracy and quality in data validation processes.
- Handle logs, tools like Kibana, OpenShift, and related environments for error tracing, incident validation, and troubleshooting.
- Apply knowledge of test automation tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Create and manage test documentation that complies with testing and audit standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of conflicts when they arise.
- Prioritize tasks effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing requirements and environments.
- Maintain a critical-thinking approach to ensure the highest levels of quality in all testing activities.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
- General understanding of financial products, markets, and core banking concepts.
- Proven experience in designing and executing test cases across different test types (functional, integration, regression, exploratory).
- Proficiency in using testing tools like Jira, ALM, Confluence, and Xray.
- Basic SQL knowledge for performing data validation.
- Experience using Postman, SoapUI, and FileZilla for testing APIs and batch processes.
- Familiarity with handling environments/tools such as logs, Kibana, and OpenShift.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and approaches.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for resolving conflicts constructively.
- Fluent in English
- High adaptability and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
