Location: Madrid (Hybrid) - Client onsite travel within Spain as needed
Reports to: Managing Director SpainThe team, position & mission:We're scaling our Data & AI business in Spain and building the leadership bench for the next phase of growth. This role is designed for a top-performing Enterprise Account Manager who aspires to become Sales Director-owning a segment and leading the go-to-market as we expand. You'll sell modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric/Azure), self-service BI (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and services including staff augmentation and managed delivery-backed by an established partner ecosystem and referenceable European practice.Your key areas of responsibility as Senior Enterprise Account Manager:Own and grow a Madrid-centric enterprise territory
- Build and execute an account plan to win new logos and expand strategic accounts across priority verticals in Spain (financial services, manufacturing, retail, life sciences).
- Drive full-cycle, complex deals (C-level discovery → value engineering → commercial negotiation → close), coordinating presales, delivery and customer success.
- Lead consultative sales for data cloud platforms (Snowflake / Azure / Fabric), data architecture & governance, analytics modernization, and self-service BI (Tableau / Power BI / Qlik).
- Package staff augmentation (T&M squads, nearshore/onshore) and managed services, articulating value, outcomes and commercials (SoW, MSAs, rate cards, SLAs).
- Orchestrate joint plays, pipeline and funding with Microsoft, Snowflake, Tableau and Qlik field teams; align demos, POVs and exec briefings to accelerate cycles.
- Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting and QBRs; leverage CRM insights to steer activity and hit targets.
- Shape industry plays, and help define Spain GTM motions-building your case for promotion to Sales Director as the team scales.
- 7-12 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales in the data/analytics space, consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
- Proven success selling data cloud platforms (Snowflake/Azure/Fabric) and self-service BI (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik) into Spanish enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to sell staff augmentation / managed teams and managed services, including crafting SoWs and navigating procurement.
- Fluent Spanish and professional English; French is a plus (pan-EU collaboration).
- Comfort engaging C-suite and business sponsors (CDO, CIO, COO, Heads of Data/Analytics) with a consultative style and clear ROI narrative.
- Strong partner motion experience with Microsoft and Snowflake; familiarity with Tableau/Qlik competitive dynamics.
- Knowledge of regulated industries such as financial services (FSI) or life sciences.
- Familiarity with Spanish public tender processes.
