- Own and execute all performance marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and ambassadors.
- Plan, launch, and optimize ABM campaigns for high-value target accounts.
- Manage, grow and explore paid media channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, programmatic, and emerging platforms).
- Explore and evaluate new paid media channels and creative ways to reach our audience (e.g., podcast sponsorships, niche blogs, partner banners, influencer campaigns).
- Lead partner collaborations: negotiate and manage paid appearances, co-marketing initiatives, and banner placements on partner websites.
- Analyze campaign performance, build actionable reports, and optimize based on data.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer journeys.
- Develop prospecting and retargeting campaigns to engage our target audience and drive traffic to our website.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation and performance marketing in B2B SaaS or tech companies.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through performance marketing, ABM, and multi-channel campaigns in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel demand generation, from awareness to conversion to pipeline acceleration.
- Experience with partner collaborations (negotiating sponsorships, managing paid placements, co-marketing initiatives).
- Excellent analytical skills: ability to build reports, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience in the US market or scaling B2B marketing efforts for a new geography.
- Experience building and executing ABM programs.
- Familiarity with podcast sponsorships, influencer/ambassador programs, and partner collaborations for brand amplification.
