Our TeamCimpress is creating a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. We will partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end-customers who need mass-customized print products. In its initial stage, Cimpress Open will pursue opportunities with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms. This approach will evolve and expand over time as we establish a presence in these new segments.What You Will DoWe are seeking a Senior Creative AI Designer to own the end-to-end creation of Amazon listing visuals using AI-driven tools. This role is pivotal in scaling our creative output and producing high-quality, brand-compliant images for both custom and non-custom SKUs at speed. You will combine AI expertise with advanced design skills to deliver compelling, conversion-focused assets that align with our brand standards and marketplace requirements for both the EU and US regions
  • Create Amazon-ready images (main, lifestyle, editor-style) for custom and non-custom products using AI tools, with potential expansion to other marketplaces in the future.
  • Develop reusable mockups and templates for listing layouts and advertising campaigns to support rapid scaling.
  • Produce seasonal and promotional variants aligned with campaign and merchandising calendars.
  • Apply brand overlays, design polish, and custom elements to maintain Cimpress brand standards.
  • Train and refine AI prompts for product-specific outputs, reducing manual rework and improving accuracy.
  • Create high-impact visuals for A+ Content, A/B testing, and advertising banners to improve CVR and CTR, including cross-sell assets and listing optimizations.
  • Generate dynamic visuals for seasonal events and promotional calendar initiatives with quick turnaround and consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools that can enhance creative workflows and scale production capabilities.
Your Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of design experience specifically within e-commerce, retail, or product marketing environments, with at least 2 years hands-on experience in AI-driven image creation.
  • Proven track record in creating high-quality visuals for e-commerce and marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with Amazon marketplace requirements, merchandising strategies, image optimisation, and advertising best practices is a must.
  • Proficiency with AI platforms (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo or any other) and Adobe
  • Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience building scalable, brand-compliant templates for high-volume launches.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
