
Lead Project Manager, People Programs

- Lead cross-functional, strategic HR initiatives with clear milestones, stakeholder engagement plans, and measurable outcomes
- Oversee and guide a growing team of project managers and coordinators-providing coaching, career development, and opportunities for stretch assignments
- Serve as an air traffic controller for the People Team-ensuring alignment to the strategic roadmap, surfacing interdependencies, identifying gaps and opportunities, and supporting resource planning to drive execution clarity
- Partner closely with COEs (Centers of Excellence) like PBPs, People Analytics, HR Technology, Compensation and senior business leaders
- Architect and maintain project frameworks, including timelines, resource allocations, budgets, and change management plans
- Apply a change leadership lens to each initiative-ensuring readiness, communication, and adoption across global teams
- Bring analytics fluency to project work-defining metrics, interpreting data trends, and helping teams use insights to drive action
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders in identifying opportunities for process automation, AI enablement, and continuous improvement
- Act as a connector across silos-facilitating collaboration, resolving roadblocks, and maintaining momentum
- Build executive-ready materials including roadmaps, post-mortems, status reports, and strategy briefs
- 8+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or consulting, preferably within People/HR functions or fast-paced environments
- Proven success leading strategic, high-complexity projects with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility
- Experience managing and developing a team, with a people-first leadership style that empowers others to grow and deliver at a high level
- Strong change management acumen with experience designing and executing on communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Solid analytical skills-can quickly interpret HR data and use it to influence priorities and solutions
- Experience in agile and/or waterfall methodologies and toolsets (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Workday, Confluence, or similar)
- Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business
- Background as a business analyst, engagement manager, or in a consulting or tech-adjacent project management environment
