We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer, who is keen on infrastructure as a code, continuous delivery and cannot leave a day without improving her/his zone of responsibility. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining infrastructure components and CI/CD pipelines that are essential to the success of multiple internal delivery teams. You'll join forces with a dynamic team of experts who are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge "infrastructure-as-a-product" to our internal development teams. You will collaborate on the border of development and operation teams as the most important and crucial connection point. Get ready to make an impact and be a part of a team that is changing the game!The team you’ll be a part ofThe Platform Engineering team builds and operates the foundational infrastructure that empowers product teams to deliver software quickly, safely, and reliably. We create golden paths for common development workflows, provide self-service infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and help embeding observability, security, and compliance into the platform by default. By reducing complexity and enabling autonomy, we help developers focus on building features while ensuring systems remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with our technical strategy.Each member of the Platform Engineering team works with a high degree of autonomy, taking full ownership of their solutions from design and implementation to documentation and knowledge sharing. Delivering the full lifecycle means not only building but also ensuring that others can adopt and benefit from your work through clear docs, training, and onboarding. We trust our engineers to manage their tasks and give them the flexibility to adapt their schedule, as long as collaboration and delivery goals are met.   • Managing CI/CD flows based on devops best practices
  • Developing state-of-the-art Terraform products
  • Providing developers with golden paths to bring code from idea to production smoothly
  • Helping developers with Azure hosting questions
  • Supporting other teams in resolving issues and incidents involving our tech stack
In one year, you’ll know you were successful if…
  • You have a portfolio of cross-team components and internal infrastructure in "as-a-code" products
  • You have shared knowledge with counterpart SREs and onboarded them to your solutions
  • You have helped internal teams to reuse solutions for generic development use cases

Experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, but not a strong requirement. We value problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset over familiarity with particular tools. Our stack includes Azure, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Grafana.You are a technical leader and a guardian of our infrastructure, working closely with Architects. This requires strong communication skills to align teams with our strategy and ensure best practices are followed.What will make you stand out
  • Experience running dockerized applications in production on Kubernetes
  • A track record of improving processes to streamline CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep knowledge of Observability tools — using them to gain insights, detect issues early, and accelerate incident resolution
