  • Application Management: Manage and optimize our Salesforce environment based on business requirements.
  • User Support: Provide support to end-users during their use of internal applications.
  • Testing: Conduct acceptance tests and provide feedback to colleagues.
  • Monitoring: Monitor the environment to ensure optimal performance.
How will you do this?
  • Perform technical analysis on business queries.
  • Evaluate options critically before developing no code/low code solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Present your solutions in a non-technical manner to colleagues.
  • Set up necessary reporting to monitor processes on the platform.
  • Develop a testing framework to ensure the quality of deployments and the overall environment.
Your skills and mindset to start at Protime
  • You enjoy tackling complex questions with your analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • You can work independently, organized, and flexibly within a dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce with several years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of CPQ or Revenue Cloud is a big plus.
  • Comfortable with SOQL and SQL queries
  • Experience with setting up and performing tests on Salesforce platform
  • Given the international context, we expect a perfect knowledge of English. Knowledge of any other language (such as Dutch, Spanish, German, …) is an asset.
