- Manage priority 2 (P2) incidents across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, using a monthly report extracted from the CP4S platform. This report, based on available data, provides visibility into the risks most impacted by incidents, types of threats, and false positive rates.
- Contribute to the coordination of the relationship with InterCERT France, particularly in collaboration with the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team, for sharing indicators of compromise (IoCs), threat reports, and other relevant information.
- Monitor actions related to web exposure, including escalations and remediation efforts.
- Prepare monthly ecosystem reports, including filling in reporting tables, monitoring the French ecosystem and resolving web exposure issues.
- Create a regional dashboard covering the various topics managed by the Information Security (CISO) team.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity control, program, and risk frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience managing threat response
- Executive presence, comfortable presenting and collaborating at Executive and VP Level
- Ability to present problems in the larger scope of Business strategies
- Cyber security technical, governance and legal skills
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and facilitate meetings and workshops
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience & understanding of the complexity of working in a global project team
- Ability to identify issues/risk, analyze and understand underlying causes and devise appropriate action plans
