Our approach combines Lean Six Sigma methodology with strategic execution and capability building to make Brenntag the easiest to do business with.As a Senior Manager in the Brenntag Excellence team, you will act as a value enabler and strategic partner to senior leadership across the region. Your mission is to drive both step-change transformation and continuous improvement by applying a consulting mindset, leading strategic initiatives, and building internal capabilities. You will be an ambassador for change and improvement, operating at the heart of strategy and collaborating across countries, functions, and cultures in our EMEA organization. You will coach and lead a team of fully dedicated Black Belt project managers, as well as Green, Yellow, and White Belts across the business.
