- Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics.
- Create business specifications with measured potential business effects.
- Launch experiments using classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats, etc.).
- Analyze the results of the conducted experiments.
- Taking ownership of one of the business's most valuable CRM initiatives (increasing retention of high ARPPU clients, preventing churn, etc.).
- Proactively interact with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams, and data analysts.
- Initiating improvements to processes and products, launching new channels, and using unusual mechanics to achieve business goals.
- Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, Any BI-systems
- Understanding the main CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsub rate etc.
- High level of knowledge and experience working with key business metrics: revenue, ARPPU, LTV etc.
- English level B2 or higher
- Experience with SQL would be a plus
