  • Conduct conceptual analysis of various mechanical components in electric motors/generators to identify key design elements.
  • Design and engineer components with precision to meet specific customer requirements and expectations.
  • Define and specify products and subcomponents, detailing their concrete characteristics for clarity and effectiveness.
  • Configure products according to defined requirements, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions for integration, ensuring seamless interaction among individual elements for a cohesive functioning unit.
  • Oversee the realization of components, ensuring required functionality is met, and prepare thorough design documentation while coordinating manufacturing, procurement, and logistics as needed.

  • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience managing small teams of 3-4 individuals.
  • Educational background in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in research and development (R&D) activities.
  • Proficiency in Ansys Workbench for simulation and analysis tasks.
  • Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
