- You will develop new business within large existing clients in the Financial Sector with a “solution selling” mind set.
- This includes:-
- Working as a team to developing the business in Spain, sharing best practices with each other and the teams in Europe.
- Prospecting and developing a portfolio of large accounts with a "solution selling" mindset, achieving the targets in terms of sales and quality KPIs.
- Helping your customers to find the best freelancers for their need
- Using our sales stack (MEDDIC, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator /our back office, Slack, Looker) to structure your approach and increase your efficiency
- Using feedback from the market and your customers to share feedback with the marketing and product teams to continuously evolve the product
- Educated to degree level, with a minimum 3 -5 years experience in a commercial B2B role.
- Totally fluent in Spanish (native level) and fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Experienced in the world of recruitment (Staffing or SSII) or digital, SaaS, IT & Services.
- Strong knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus. Previous experience working in the Insurance sector (either directly or as an agency / consulting firm).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curious with intellectual agility
- Own portfolio of contacts on the C-level is highly appreciated
- Ability to understand the issues and objectives given by customers to offer the best approach
- Strong ability to negotiate, forecast sales, speed of execution and organization
- Team spirit is a must
- The position is based in Madrid with possible travels depending on your portfolio.
