
GDS Account Manager – Flight Distribution

- Own and grow relationships with GDSs, NDC aggregators, and LCC API providers, from onboarding to ongoing performance management.
- Coordinate new content integrations with internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery and partner satisfaction.
- Negotiate agreements and incentives to meet profitability and growth targets.
- Translate partner needs into actionable initiatives and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend new solutions or partnerships.
- Track partner performance, produce reports, and drive improvements in revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Represent
- 4+ years in airline distribution, travel tech, or OTA/tour operator roles with partner and commercial responsibility.
- Solid understanding of GDS, NDC, and LCC connections, plus airline distribution and pricing basics.
- Strong negotiator with proven relationship management skills at an international level.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions.
- Excellent communicator, organized, proactive, and passionate about travel
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
