- Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within assigned accounts.
- Build forecast reports for production and inventory management.
- Lead business unit expansion and sales growth in the territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Identify prospective customers and develop strategic plans for key accounts.
- Make technical sales presentations on Kemin products/services.
- Conduct high-level meetings and assist customers with product testing.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Veterinary or Agricultural university degree.
- Knowledge and experience in ruminant nutrition.
- Solid understanding of biological sciences for technical presentations.
- Prior experience in managing sales projects to successful completion.
- High degree of energy, personal motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database development programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Iberian beef and dairy cattle market.
- Good knowledge of the Iberian market for small ruminants for meat and milk.
