- Visits and regular meetings of OH customers and strategic partners, handling complex and important negotiations
- Monitor customer market trends and prepare structured information for the internal stakeholders
- Ensures collaboration of proper price definition with all stakeholders, both external and internal
- Support the development and execution of sales targets, annual Business Plan, and multi-year Strategic Plan, ensuring market presence and alignment with ZF Group policies
- Sales interface between customers and workshops with regards to service (e.g. internal approval workflow, quotations, planning, etc..)
- Technical reference of the customer
- Suggest and promote latest technology as well as available components in ZF portfolio in order to acquire new applications
- Manage the technical definition and clarification of the scope of supply of the component
- Bachelor Degree on Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and pragmatic decision-making skills
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
- 2-3 years of experience in the OH business, ideally in the aftermarket segment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners
- Excellent team player with collaborative mindset
- Skilled in negotiation and complex deal handling
- Comfortable with frequent customer visits and field presence
