- Project Management (Agile & Waterfall): Lead in the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM projects. Ensure adherence to best project management practices, facilitate iterative planning, and drive the team towards successful project completion.
- External Resource Management: Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and contractors to implement the CIAM service roadmap. Manage relationships, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization within the CIAM domain. Implement best practices, establish standardized procedures, and drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations.
- Self-Service Enablement: Define and implement self-service capabilities for CIAM functions, empowering customers to manage their own profile, preferences, consent & self-registration process and reducing dependency on manual administrative tasks for the back-office organization.
- User Story Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine CIAM requirements and create clear and concise specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and successful deployment of CIAM solutions.
- Service Documentation: Create comprehensive service documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials, to facilitate the adoption and understanding of CIAM service by end-users, administrators, and support teams.
- University degree, preferably in the areas of digital technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Certified project management and Agile training (Scrum / Agile / PMI…)
- Experience and knowledge of SAP CDC (or equivalent cloud applications) are important preferential factors
- Proven experience as a Senior CIAM Architect with a clear focus on Service Management & Project Management in an enterprise organization
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2) and experience leading external teams (Azure DevOps experience is a clear plus)
- Experience and knowledge of SAP CDC (or equivalent cloud applications) are important preferential factors
- Familiarity with SSO federation protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Previous experience with customer facing digital processes definition and integration into operational processes
- Deep understanding of customer data architectures and its assurance within operational flows and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage external resources, vendors, and contractors effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience in process improvement, establishing self-service capabilities, and driving operational efficiency
