- Product Discovery & Delivery Supporting the bank’s Product Owner for Order Management initiative on strategic capabilities impacting clients and front office employees.
- Working with Change & Client Experience, Business Management and Technology teams to conceptualize the journeys, design & prioritize features, provide requirements, prioritize user stories, and work with technology and other team members on delivery.
- Extracting relevant insights from client’s online behaviour and client usability testing to continuously iterate the client journeys to improve the product experience.
- Implementing framework to drive adoption and usage, establish feedback loop to ensure that the product meets the needs of clients.
- Driving Engagement & Usage Managing business and senior stakeholders by acting as a partner and trusted advisor, ensuring continuous user feedback loops during the agile delivery.
- Planning and orchestrating of training activities and create easy-to-understand training and engagement material for clients and front office.
- Creating high-quality communication deliverables such as EDMs to clients and front office and are comfortable with articulating the communication strategy through presentation materials.
- Working in projects and have a good grasp of project management in general when it comes to structure, clear roles & responsibilities, etc

- Desirable requirements: Having experience in product like T24/OTMS or TSI is an advantage.
