Join our Q-Commerce team as a Technical Account Specialist! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our teams, helping them with integrations and troubleshooting.THE JOURNEY
  • Collaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to enable and improve integrations.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues using Jira tickets.
  • Serve as the main technical contact for our Partners, ensuring the stability of our collaborations and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate directly with retailers to address issues and inform them about catalog and operations decisions.
  • Conduct proactive checks to guarantee the stability of integrations.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with internet technologies - HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth - and tools like Postman and Swagger for testing and validation.
  • Solid technical foundations with Python for scripting and data transformation, plus proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets for analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve integration, catalog, and pricing issues quickly and accurately.
  • A passion for seeing projects through - from first technical contact with a partner to a smooth go-live and ongoing optimization.
  • An empathetic, collaborative mindset with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach - you're ready to dig into logs, replicate issues, and find solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with bonus points for Spanish or French.
