- Manage and record goods deliveries.
- Record of F&B costs into the General Ledger System.
- Adhere to all cost control procedures (where applicable create new procedures).
- Update costings.
- Ensure compliance with documentation/authorisation processes.
- Process F&B accruals.
- Monitor inventories of F&B to increase inventory turnover.
- Participate in month end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock and other tasks.
- Carry out weekly stock takes and evaluating potentials.
- Help with and maintain purchasing agreements.
- Maintain purchase system and ensure all items are up to date.
- To check and verify all reconciled inventory reports with book balance, actual count and unit costs. Troubleshoot if necessary.
- To be sure, all the cost reports, daily, monthly, and yearly, are prepared and submitted on time.
- Verify and reconcile daily cash deposits against PMS reports
- Coordinate withdrawals and change orders
- Ensure internal controls are followed to prevent fraud or theft
