- Reporting to the Customer Success & Operations Team Leader based in Barcelona
- Representing the company to increase customer and partner satisfaction (via phone and email)
- Handling partner relations tasks and contributing to company's growth
- Collaborating with the account management team to gather relevant information
- Pursuing parallel projects aligned with your skills and interests whenever feasible
- Proficiency in the French and Portuguese language (C1 level)
- English and Spanish on a B1/B2 level
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Competency in using computers
- Effective phone contact handling abilities and active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the capability to adjust and respond to various personalities
- Good analytical skills
- A full-time job, 39 hours a week from Monday to Friday
- A permanent contract
- Salary: 22.000€ a year
- 32 days of vacation + Catalan public holidays
- Hybrid work model ( 3 days in the office + 2 days from home)
