- Lead quality assurance reviews for complex IT transformation programs, focusing on budget adherence and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Evolve and maintain a robust IT Quality Assurance framework tailored to IT transformation projects.
- Conduct thorough peer reviews and quality assessments of ongoing programs, ensuring alignment with budgetary and quality objectives.
- Collaborate with IT project managers to identify potential quality and budgetary risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IT service quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards and regulations
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on Quality Assurance or Project Management within IT transformation projects.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality management principles and IT process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English. German language skills are beneficial.
- Professional certifications in Project Management or Quality Management are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
