- Proactively engage with assigned accounts to initiate contact and generate, verify, and cultivate leads.
- Build, foster, and enhance relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs through telephone conversations.
- Address customer inquiries via email and/or telephone promptly.
- Document all pertinent information accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Transmit recorded leads, appointments, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
- Successful completion of commercial training or equivalent professional experience or education.
- Demonstrated experience in initiating contact and sales within the realm of IT consulting and/or IT services (e.g., proactive telephone outreach).
- Proficient in commonly used MS Office tools.
- Self-reliant work approach coupled with exceptional customer focus.
- Robust team mindset, effective communication abilities, and a passionate attitude.
- Fluent in German with proficient written and spoken English skills.
