Join our Inside Sales team and help us drive growth!As an Inside Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on Opportunity Management, Quotation & Proposal Management, and Closing Activities for The Netherland Market, based in Madrid.You will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle from initial interest through to booking and handover; collaborating with Outside Sales, Field Operations, and technical services resources to ensure proposals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, adhering to JCI’s standards and specifications.How you will doOur inside sales team work a queue of service technician leads, engage with customers to quote and secure orders for Labour and Materials.
  • Make introduction calls to customers to identify needs, build quotes and close sales
  • Produce quotes to our customers using correct local pricing tools
  • Partner with local Field operation/ Sales team for upsell opportunities
  • Engage with suppliers
  • Provide excellent customer service, managing customer expectations and providing regular updates
  • Make calls to secure orders within specific time frames
  • Ad hoc admin tasks
  • Focus Areas: Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M) ; Upgrades, Spare Parts
What we are look for:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent3 Years’ minimum experience in Service Sales/estimation/Inside Sales or similarProduct knowledge of JCI products and solutions in the HVAC/ Fire & Security / Controls business is desirable but not essentialSales experience with B2B knowledgeBe able to work to targets and meet KPI’s setLanguages GERMAN, Spanish, English – fluent working knowledgeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBe able to work as part of a team but also manage own workloadCustomer empathy and solution-oriented mindsetCreative thinking, flexibility, and collaborationProfessionalism, timeliness, and determinationHigh standards of integrity and accountabilityReady to make a difference?
