We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid. Responsibilities:Your role as Associate Director will involve:
  • Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Programme Management.
  • Development and implementation of programme guidelines.
  • Support the professors' assignment process together with the Area Directors.
  • Gather preferences and indications.
  • Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.
  • Analysis and solutions implementation for process optimisation.
  • Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.
  • Oversee the correct course performance.
  • Inform students about agenda adjustments.
Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • University Degree
  • English: advanced
  • 3 years of experience in process/operations-related positions.
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively and establish priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player person
  • Hands-on approach
  • Microsoft Office.
