Your mission will be to take responsibility for managing the group's international tax matters, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and accurate tax provisioning, in coordination with local and global finance teams.Reporting directly to the Tax Director, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual tax provisions, as well as deliverables for financial audits;
  • Overseeing tax compliance (direct and indirect taxes) for international entities, ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Developing and reviewing transfer pricing policies and ensuring proper local and global documentation;
  • Analyzing global profit allocation by jurisdiction to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies;
  • Coordinating with local tax advisors and managing audits and communication with local tax authorities;
  • Supporting the global tax provision and accounting processes under US GAAP standards;
  • Implementing and leveraging tax technology tools (e.g. Oracle) to streamline and improve processes;
  • Collaborating closely with the CFO, Legal Counsel, and other key internal stakeholders;
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external advisors in an international environment.

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field; postgraduate studies in Taxation or Business Law are a plus;
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within multinational companies or international tax advisory firms;
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in international tax compliance, tax provisioning, VAT, and transfer pricing;
  • Solid command of US GAAP is essential;
  • Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong plus;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is highly valued;
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.
