- Preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual tax provisions, as well as deliverables for financial audits;
- Overseeing tax compliance (direct and indirect taxes) for international entities, ensuring deadlines are met;
- Developing and reviewing transfer pricing policies and ensuring proper local and global documentation;
- Analyzing global profit allocation by jurisdiction to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies;
- Coordinating with local tax advisors and managing audits and communication with local tax authorities;
- Supporting the global tax provision and accounting processes under US GAAP standards;
- Implementing and leveraging tax technology tools (e.g. Oracle) to streamline and improve processes;
- Collaborating closely with the CFO, Legal Counsel, and other key internal stakeholders;
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external advisors in an international environment.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field; postgraduate studies in Taxation or Business Law are a plus;
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within multinational companies or international tax advisory firms;
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in international tax compliance, tax provisioning, VAT, and transfer pricing;
- Solid command of US GAAP is essential;
- Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong plus;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is highly valued;
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.
