- Contribute to the development and implementation of the claims customer service strategy
- Ensure process and procedure optimization, and propose areas for improvement
- Support Claims Managers and Underwriting Team Leaders in business acquisition and retention
- Ensure effective coordination between claims and underwriting activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the service offering
- Build strong relationships with business partners and service providers
- Ensure the implementation of service/treatment solutions aligned with customer complaints
- Review and monitor the execution of claims management commitments
- You have significant experience in a similar role or in claims handling (financial lines and/or property and/or liability)
- You are fluent in English (spoken, written, and read) and have experience working in an international environment
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate diplomacy, and possess strong writing abilities
- You are capable of building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a creative and curious mindset
- You possess solid interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization and have strong influencing capabilities
