- Strategically qualify leads and manage a complex sales pipeline across diverse markets.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor advertising solutions to business goals.
- Set clear expectations and guide businesses through advanced onboarding processes.
- Master regional onboarding protocols and provide authoritative guidance.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure complete and accurate verification.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate feedback through structured channels.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
- C2 level of Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- More than 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
- Proven success in call center or high-volume sales environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational mastery.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- Experience in collaborative team settings.
- Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
