- Promptly responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Providing information on amenities and local attractions and arranging additional services as needed
- Addressing guest issues and emergencies with empathy and effective problem-solving skills
- Encouraging and monitoring guest reviews and feedback
- Fostering relationships with stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records of guest information and communications
- Coordinating with various departments for a seamless guest experience.
- Professional fluency in English (both spoken and written). Any additional language will be a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, attention to detail and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using computer software for booking, communication, ticket management and record-keeping. Knowledge on Zendesk and Hubspot usage will be a plus.
- Available to work Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts 04 PM- 01 AM
