- Lead, support, and develop a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring strong performance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and schedule installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency service interventions.
- Monitor and optimize service KPIs.
- Work closely with sales and aftermarket teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage service backlog and technician workload across the region.
- Provide technical support on spare parts to both the Aftermarket sales team and the field technicians, helping to identify correct parts, validate replacements, and resolve technical queries.
- Act as an escalation point for technical or customer-related issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of service activities, interventions, and customer feedback.
- Travel regularly throughout Spain and Portugal to support team members and customer needs.
- Technical degree or vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial technical services, with 2+ years in a team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery.
- Excellent team management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced level of English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal.
- Valid driver's license.
