- Activities of digital content governance and platform support within enterprise content management systems, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar solutions.
- Definition of content structures and component models that enable scalable, user-centric digital experiences aligned with business objectives.
- Support in the coordination of multi-market digital platform rollouts, ensuring localization and consistency with global guidelines.
- Managing collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including design, development, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of content performance, platform usability, and content governance models.
- Participation in the design and execution of A/B testing and personalization strategies to optimize user experience and engagement.
- Preparation and updating of documentation and procedural guidelines supporting content lifecycle, quality assurance, and platform maintenance.
- Strong Digital Skills: Ability to work with content management platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Manager - AEM), applying knowledge of digital ecosystems, user experience, and web technologies to support scalable and consistent content delivery.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand business requirements and contribute to solutions that align with digital strategy and branding goals.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with communication skills, enabling smooth cooperation in international teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies to support iterative development and cross-functional coordination.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital consulting, content management, or technology-related roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a Technology-related field.
- Foundational knowledge of digital ecosystems, content management processes, and customer experience principles.
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (ideally Adobe AEM) and interest in digital governance and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, A/B testing, and web performance metrics.
- Experience contributing to cross-market digital initiatives or rollout projects in global organizations.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
