- FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
- Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
- Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
- You have a native level language of the market (DACH / Dutch / Swedish/Finnish/Danish/Norwegian / CEE- Polish, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, etc) and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
- You have a proven track record (+3 years) in a B2B closing role, having sold to mid-large enterprises (+1.000 employees)
- You have at least experience in the T&E industry

- Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups
