  • Keep our aerospace facilities operating at peak performance—think HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, and more
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules like a pro, avoiding costly downtimes and extending the life of our assets
  • Tackle breakdowns, disruptions, or facility issues fast and hands-on—or coordinate with vendors to solve them like a boss
  • Support upgrades, new installations, and reconfigurations of spaces for our labs, test areas, and R&D workshops
  • Ensure safety, fire prevention, and compliance protocols are airtight and always up-to-date
  • Partner with contractors, negotiate service terms, and keep quality in check
  • Bring fresh ideas to reduce energy costs, optimize facility layouts, and support our sustainability goals
  • Actively collaborate with engineering and production teams to adapt facilities to evolving technical needs
RequirementsWhat You’ll Need· Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.· 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within aerospace manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and facility management tools
  • Experience with Spanish safety and compliance regulations
  • Project coordination or site supervision experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Working proficiency in English
